About Me

Hi.

I am passionate about helping adults feel empowered as they navigate life.

I am a Social Worker in the Boston area providing teletherapy. I enjoy working with college and graduate students, young professionals, as well as adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, life changes and relationship dynamics that are posing challenges in their life.

Why choose to work with me?

Together, we can empower you to regain control and boost confidence in managing your symptoms, thoughts, and experiences. I will support you in identifying patterns that may be causing challenges and help explore potential shifts. We will also build on your existing skills to enhance coping methods and decision-making. My approach draws from a range of therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, we'll work closely to heighten self-awareness, develop new skills, and practice implementing changes in your day-to-day life outside of our sessions.
