  • I charge $200 per session. Payment is due at the time of service and is made by credit/debit card on file.

  • I do not accept insurance or submit claims on your behalf at this time.

    For individuals with a PPO or POS insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of therapy costs. Check Your Coverage Here

    You are responsible for contacting your insurance and understanding out-of-network benefits before services are provided. Insurance companies may only reimburse a portion of the fee.

    I can provide a superbill receipt which you can use to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • I understand schedules change and things come up. I am happy to reschedule or cancel appointments with advance notice.

    Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged the full session rate.

  • Sessions are 50mins and are conducted through a HIPPA compliant portal. There is a virtual waiting room and you will be let into the meeting at our start time.

    It is expected that we are both in a private setting without other individuals in the room.

    You must be physically in Massachusetts during the session per licensing regulations.

  • I offer a free 10min consultation for me to learn a little about what you are looking for as well as a time for you to ask me questions. This will help determine if we are a mutually good fit.

    If you decide to book an appointment, you will be sent brief paperwork to complete at least 24 hours prior to our first session.

    The majority of the first meeting is spent gathering relevant current and historical information about your needs and experiences. We also spend a few minutes at the end to discuss goals.

    From there I recommend meeting weekly to build the relationship as well as further exploration of your journey as well as assisting you in making the changes you are ready for. Adjustments to meeting frequency can be made as appropriate.
